I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Phumla Mhlebi at the Sandton City Volpes store, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Phumla greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. I left the store feeling incredibly satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning thanks to the outstanding service I received. How on earth did the Manager/Owner manage to get 3 amazing employees?  All I can say is WOW!!  We received such good service from all 3 employees, they were so willing to help and you could see they didn't get irritated with me asking a million things. I don't think I am able to ever buy linen anywhere else again.  So impressed with this shop and it's employees.
