First the adviser tells me the curtains are blockout just to come home and see they are not. So I went to exchange them for actual blockout and he said he thought I wanted wind blockout. Then got home with actual blockout curtains just to find the one was labelled wrong and is standard and not extra length and now I have to return again. Asked if they can deliver the right ones seeing that this is the second mistake on their part, but no assistance could be offered in this regard! What a waste of time.

I had an excellent experience. Found what I was looking for which I couldn’t find at Mr Price Home, Sheet street, @Home or Woolies. It was also less expensive than I expected. It’s so good that I intend to get more of the same bedding in the new year.
As a BIG PLUS, the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. Next time I’ll stop there first and hopefully won’t need to go elsewhere.

The lady that assisted me didn't know what a blockout curtain was. Shocking...she works at VOLPES and asked me to explain to her what a blockout curtain was. How the hel do you hire staff thats this uninformed !!!!!!
