So while this company has good quality linen, I would be careful. We bought all new linens and the matching duvet from here  the duvet were sold to us as All Season duvet. No one could give me the TOG for the duvet, so we trusted the staff. Only to realise their duvets are so hot that even in cool autumn weather the duvet are way too hot. I asked for a refund but they don't grant it. They said they will call back. No one did. I called again and rhe same thing happened. To me, this is a  reason never to buy again. If staff sales you items that are not what they are you being ripped off. So be aware. And nothing can be returned!! Of course they don't tell you that!

Good service from Cheslyn Montogomery--unlike most sales people he actually knew his stock and quickly helped me find what I needed, including the correct colour.

Exceptional service from Aphiwe Msolo..5 stars! Since we could not collect from store in Longbeach, Noordhoek...  Aphiwe offered to send personally per PostNet to our address in Jeffrey's Bay...excellent customer service and was always willing to satisfy customer needs..many thanks Aphiwe...people like you make Volpes great! Also to Caroline,the store manager for the support, in "keeping" item aside for collection.
