The complaint regarding the poor service I received following my purchase of an eyelet curtain on January 29, 2025.

At the time of purchase, I was informed that the item was out of stock but would be sourced from other branches. I waited for over two months, and on April 9, I was advised that the curtain was out of stock across all stores but was being manufactured. I patiently waited until April 29, when I was notified that the curtain was ready for collection. I collected the item on May 1.

However, when I attempted to install the curtain on May 3, I discovered that I had received a taped curtain instead of the eyelet type I originally ordered. I reported this to the store on May 4 but was told the manager was unavailable and that the matter would be escalated. After receiving no follow-up, I called again on May 6 and was told that three eyelet curtains had been located online and would take a week to arrive.

On May 7, I was informed that the correct curtain could not be found and was asked to return to the store to select a different one. This is unacceptable given the extended delay and inconvenience I have already experienced. Moreover, I live 202 km round trip from the store, and no compensation or transport reimbursement has been offered.

Good afternoon i am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment i received from one of your staff members, i got very bad attitude from one of the sales ladies upon trying to return/exchange an item there. i am appalled by this and i hope you will take it upon yourselves to call out your staff on such behaviours.

Very helpful, don’t have trolleys or baskets at the shop

After previous experiences I refuse to go in.
