The service i received from Lucky the first time i visited the store in Dec was actually good. So much so that I overlooked the quality issues of the curtains that i noticed after the curtains were hanged. I was even okay with going to the store again the other day to purchase more curtains,but i just HATE that i have found more quality issues with curtains AGAIN. I love the curtains style but seriously the fact that everytime i open the curtains packaging i find something wrong with the curtain SUCKS!!! Spending so much money on curtains i DO NOT expect to be dealing with such problems because if i wanted to,id be going to china what what. What are your QAs for? I know its easy for retailers to say "please bring the items back to the store" but seriously!if u have a vehicle and u know how much fuel costs,ud know that eventhough i live 3kms away I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE BACK TO YOUR STORE TO RETURN SOMETHING YOUR QA couldve picked up and make sure the item does not go to the shelves like that.

I have had to cut the threads myself because i didn not have time/fuel to waste coming back also some faults i noticed after the curtains were hanged

The fact that im experiencing this for the second time,proves that IT IS A PROBLEM. I wonder if it's a centurion problem or what because ive never experienced this issue with any of the Volpes stores in Cape Town.

I wanted to come back for bedding but now i wonder if its worth it😨

To anyone out there,perhaps have these people open any packaged item especially curtains intheir store before u take them home and find an unpleasant quality surprise!!!

It was my first time visiting that shop just to see what are yu guys really up in the linen industry.Frankly i was impressed,no complain at all.Just that the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown has really affected us financially but sooner I'm looking forward to bless myself with a change and an upgrade in my bachelor's room with a nice bed and bedding sets too... something exquisite is really needed

Received great service from a lady at Volpes. They were helpful in assisting me to find the sheets/pillow cases that I was looking for.

Volpes is an exceptional business! Super friendly and supportive service from the minute that you walk in there. Love the positive attitude from all the staff members!
