Your staff are rude - and unorganised.
Unprofessional and definitely represent your brand negatively.
They firstly could not tell me if my parcel was delivered even though I received an email saying it is , I called numerous times to confirm before I drive there because I am coming from quite a distance from ordering online.
A whole week nobody got back to me, took a drive to get some answers only to be told they cannot find my parcel, 30 minutes of waiting I then said please refund me I don’t mind that you lost the parcel it took so long in anyway, was not upset just wanted a refund.
I then get a call later telling me they found the parcel, I can come back (note I already said refund me in the store as I came from quite a distance) only to be told that if I want a refund I must come back, I got extremely mad at this point and said no, this is not right you guys are really upsetting me I was in your store why didn’t you tell me I needed to do this? The gentleman then hung up on me.

In two different occasions the shop didnt have enough stock and said they would get the product from other stores. One has to always follow up and they never call after leaving your details at the shop. I am now stuck with 4 curtians that i cannot put up because the shop has not called me to collect the other 2.

I had the most awesome experience in the shop. The gentleman by the name of Kenneth was very helpful and patient. And he also gave me great suggestions

They sell very good and quality stuff. It's just that their store is small.
